The Committee considered the Welsh Government’s Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum No. 2) on the Elections Bill, and noted the letter from the Chair of the Local Government and Housing Committee, and the letter from the Counsel General and Minister for the Constitution, on the supplementary memorandum.
The Committee noted that the Plenary debate on the Legislative Consent Motion on the Bill was scheduled for 29 March 2022. It agreed not to report on the supplementary memorandum due to the tight reporting deadline.
